I use the app lose it and I love it but it says I get 1,800 calories but I try to stick to 1,200. Well I had a mini blizzard from Dq today and feel horrible for it. It was in my calories I just feel like I shouldn't have ate it. I guess my question is should i do 1,800 or 1,200 calories. My dr never said.my surgery was sept 12th and I'm down 22 pounds since pre op.just seems slow coming off!!

Did you lose slow??i know it's best to lose slow but I feel like I could be doing this without the band.i have only had one fill so maybe it will get better soon.

I ate them the day after I got home.they don't have chunks it's just made with real fruit.

I used the ones with real fruit.so much better than the fake flavor to me.

What's everyone having today??i need some motivation to eat right. I finally started walking now just need to eat good!!

I'm three weeks post op and haven't lost any weight.i know they say this is the time for healing but I keep seeing where everyone is still losing weight..am I the only one stuck? I am eating right and the scale doesn't move.

I'm four weeks post op and get my first fill tomorrow but am eating like the dr said and been having a heartburn kinda feeling..is this normal?im worried its slipped already.
