She said their expected weight loss was between 5-7lbs & I loss 14.5 In a month time. My water weight was low meaning I wasn't getting in enough water so she told me to increase my intake to 5 20oz per day

Thanks again everyone!!! My words of advice would be to stick to your diet as much as you can, drink a lot of water, don't over eat & exercise :-)

Thanks you guys so much!!! I'm feeling a whole lot better. Glad I made the decision to live this banded life!!!! Fashionstylist yes I'm exercising 3 x's a week & I work with a personal trainer.

At Honestly is was okay. They gave me a numbing shot before he actually went in the port, after that It just felt like pressure being applied to my chest....my port is right above my left breast. -

I'm currently using the Super advance Whey Protein with 26g with each scoop consisting of 140 calories that I purchased from Walmart. My personal trainer says those carry to much fat and I needed 100% protein from the GNC store. Any suggestions?

Ok thanks everyone for the advice on the protein shakes I feel so much better about my decisions on purchasing them:-)
