  1. I have a small waist and very hippy don't know what that's consider. I'm bigger at the bottom but still formed nice at the top! Hey ladies ever stood in the mirror with your arms stretched up and say to yourself "I'll be fine if I can just loose this stomach"

  2. Everyone is different. I know someone who had the bypass started @279lbs and now at 170 and she looks AMAZING! She is bikini ready and as had her surg 5yrs ago..oh did I mention she only walked daily and she was 50yrs old time of surg..her advise to me keep the Protein and Water up! Pilates always worked for me it tones the body real nice. Search web for skin toning and firming soaps cebraonline.com Name of soap VEGAN SHEA BUTTER SOAP WITH MIXED GARDEN HERBS

  3. Give her shade baby becuz when you meet your goal she will have to pick her mouth up off the floor!! Pay her no mind..it's easy to say things about someone if they don't know our struggle. I could have did it the so called "right way" but I'm love to eat and my sleeve is the "little kick in the butt i need"

  4. My friend was sleeved 2 wks prior to me and she had a cocktail this weekend and said she was fine.. I guess for each it's own..someone from this site emailed me and said they waited 4 wks and told me to add a splenda and add a splash of Water in the alcohols used for the margaritas and mix w/fresh lime, lemon and oranges

  5. I'm new to this also was sleeved 7/26/12 post op everything was successfull no problems. My only issue is bad GAS and experiencing Ketosis.. Preop I was a smoker (pot) and drinker and stopped 4 days prior to surgery. Nothing to worry about everything will be fine. Just be honest with your Dr and your Anesthesiaist (dont know if i spelled that right) I was up front about everything. The pain is bereable, the more you walk the faster you heal. Now preop a lot of folks mention they were on a liquid/soft food diet, I only did soft foods 1 day prior surgery. If your blood work and test come back fine then you will be fine just follow his orders. I have my post op visit next week and I will be asking when can I have my 1st cocktail and raw oysters..LOL oh BTW I'll be 2 wks tomorrow and I'm 27lbs down as of 3 days ago..

  6. Hello everyone I'm new to the site and was sleeved on July 26, 2012. I know everyone's Dr gives different rules. But I enjoy my cocktails and raw oysters...please share with me how long did it take you to have a cocktail and how did it make you feel? I've read people say wait 6mon to a year but I know people personally that didn't wait that long and was fine and still able to stay on track with weight loss..I'm craving my cocktails please don't judge!
