70 lbs of gear. I couldn't stand or breath. I can't even fathom I've lost 128. How did I get one foot in front of the other???

So right. I've tearing out an old flower bed to change the shape. I can bend over, I can even get down on knees and back up again. It's just amazing how bad that 70 lbs of equipment felt, it felt awful. More admiration for our soldiers.

I really don't know what to do here. I wore a new pair of boyfriend jeans yesterday. On a person with no gut I guess they're supposed to sit on your hips. On me I pull them up. My stomach is a mess. I have the apron and I swear when I have a tummy tuck I'll go down 2 sizes. I realized yesterday when I bent, 4 inches of granny panty's showed much to my horror. I'm not sure how to go about this. I do not have the figure at this time for a boy cut. Bikinis and thongs are totally out of the question. I don't know what size to get. I'm in a 9 but I did some evaluating last night and I'm in essence wearing a diaper. My stomach is a real issue. Any suggestions?

I'm not normally a stress eater but my mom is in ICU, recovering heart surgery. I've attempted to get in protein and fluid but just to punish myself I threw in cookies and pretzels. Steeling myself for the well deserved ass kicking...GO...

It's going to be a long road of sadness, guilt and anger. a hard lesson learned about what depression can do to an otherwise generous, loving man. @@kimpossible67 Sorry to hijack the thread, but just wanted to let you know it's OK to let your guard down sometimes and don't let it bother you. MHow is your mom doing? You didn't do anything wrong! I can't imagine how much pain he must have been in to take his life. Depression is horrible and not dealt with properly. Mom is doing as well as expected. I'm still in shock of how she looked in ICU hooked up to everything. The vent broke her lip. Open and it was swollen and bloody. She looked like she'd been socked in the eyes, the were purple. I'm having a hard time dealing with it all. She's had countless surgeries but nothing like this. Thank you all for asking. I haven't talked to her in 3 days and that's not normal. I just feel like sleeping.

A friend of mine is full of mesh due to hernia repair(s) and a temporary colostomy (her intestines blew due to infection, she almost died). Her dr says she's not a candidate for bariatric because of the mesh. Anyone with that issue that was able to have the surgery?

I have MS. I did aquatic physical therapy. Helped a lot with balance.

I still have a pair of 20's that I wear on occasion. Even with a belt they slide down and I walk on the cuffs. I can pull them up and down with them belted. I'm probably in the minority that finds that entertaining.

I sat in a booth today. With plenty of room to spare. I fit comfortably into a regular bathroom stall. I finally wore my size 12 pair of pants! I bought something from Victorias Secret. It's a light weight hoodie. Says pink and is pink. I bought a large but when I got it home it was really too big. BONUS! It's so cute IDC! I choked on the price but it's my reward to myself. I'm a notorious bargain hunter and I'm fine with used clothes. So that was a tough one paying full price. It's so cute though. Happy happy happy!!!
