Like a lot of people here, I never took care of myself. Never took the time or the energy to take care of myself. I feel that God has given me a wonderful golden do-over opportunity and this is my chance to take it, I say do over as I will be re-learning to eat, re-vising my thinking and relationship with food and others. Re-vamping my style as my body shifts and changes. Re-leasing stinking thinking and embracing new thoughts and ideas, concepts and dreams. I am excited about the future. I look forward to growth. For me, This is just phase 1.
