Don't know about the pain but my dr said no Ibuprofen ever again and no heating pads -

2weeks 4days post op i Hv a suture coming out of incision so my dr said to clip it off. 2 days later my incision hurts so bad and I feel a bump in it. Has anyone experience this and if so how is it now?

My dr said liquid diet for 14 days ( protein drinks, powerade zero, water) ive tried yogurt & sofy laughing cow cheese. im ready for some eggs, cottage cheese, or Refried beans. What are all u guys allowed to eat and how many days post op are u?

I gained 10 pounds after the surgery also but now I've lost 15 ......25 total if you count the 10 pounds from surgery -

Good deal I usually get around 300 to 500 cal a day and just wanting to make sure I'm on track. Your doctor said 600 cal on the burning fat phase...... how long is the fat burning stage? One months six months nine months? -
