Just walked on the treadmill for 10 minutes -- not much, but it's a start!

Really dizzy this morning, bumming me out!

Doctor yanked the tape off my incision today - YOUCH!

Getting the chewy head hungries! Still have two weeks until solids!

Day 4, definitely feeling more clarity, had a quarter-cup of protein drink, seems to be staying down! :-)

Day 3 post-op, sort of just sitting around.....

Surgery Monday, had my "last meal" tonight - 2 beef tacos, fresh figs, and a big slice of watermelon!
