So weird ya'll are commenting on mattress size. We have a queen size and my mom called me this morning wanting to know if I wanted her King Size mattress. They've had it less than a year and it's a very luxurious pillowtop but have figured out that they got a better night's sleep on their old rock hard mattress, LOL. So she was asking me if we wanted it. I enjoy our closeness now and would really miss that if we got a king size... Plus we're doubly snuggly because we sleep with 4 dogs on the bed and they take up half the bed, LOL!

Oh and I saw your nursery pics laura. It looks so good!!! Can I move in, LOL? Carson's room looks 1000% times better than mine. I still haven't done a thing with it since we moved in. The walls are still a drab beige with nothing hung up. The bedspread on my bed is just my down comforter with a beige cover over it. I have beautiful furniture but I'm just sick of it. I've had it for 10 years already and I'm ready for a change. It's all blond maple wood and now I want a dark mahogany. I think this year will be the year that I finally pay attention to my bedroom and give it a little love. It looks so shabby compared to the rest of the house...

Kimberly - WOW! I just saw your pics! Amazing! You are doing awesome. Please tell me you found a magical way of losing weight that does not involve exercise or making good food choices?? If so please share! LOL. No seriously though, you look awesome!

Laura - do you like any of the Kashi frozen dinners? They don't have alot of Italian stuff and they are sooo good. I buy them at Sam's in packs of four for the week.

Good morning ya'll! Gloomy day here in Houston today. Tried to get on this morning but no luck. I had a wonderful weekend and stayed out way too much so I stayed home yesterday and got stuff done around the house. The couples retreat that we did went really good. We're gonna just keep at this because I don't think we will ever stop needing help. Is that bad to have to work so hard with your partner? Sometimes I wonder about that. About couples that make it look effortless. We love each other so much so it would make sense to just be effortless but it's truly not. We each have bad sides to us and we try to keep that side at bay... Laura - congrats on the -3!! Was it 3 or 5? I'll have to go back and look. But at least it wasn't a + anything!! Janie - woohoo on -6! That's awesome too! Glad to hear the fill is working... Work the fill, work it girl... And to all of us that are standing still or even gaining here is a big ol hug from me. What is a YOKEL??? And yes, my insurance carries all the different levels mentioned and we're a PPO through Cigna. ind, or ind + child, ind+spouse or family...... Does your company pick up any of the costs for the employees? Mine is based on a scale, depending on how long you've worked here is what percentage the company covers. We have a lady that works here and her husband works for us too and it's cheaper for them to each have their own insurance and then one of them carries the child than for one of them to carry the whole family.

Laura - we had our benefits meeting yesterday too. Our insurance went up a little bit, not too much. But yeah, family insurance is way high. Can you do just employee and child? For us it's cheaper that way. I would love to be one of those people that were so good at grocery shopping and used coupons for everything. That requires such talent and organization. I go to the store, walk up and down the aisles and grab what I need. NOT GOOD.

I am deathly afraid of needles and have seen the size of the epidurals. I wonder if the pain of childbirth is worse or getting the epidural is worse, LOL

Good morning ladies! Gorgeous day today after the awful storm we had last night. Alarm company woke me up at 2:30am telling me that an alarm had gone off at our building and that they were going to dispatch an officer over here. Well I stayed up waiting for their call and they finally called at around 3:30 to tell me it was a false alarm and it was because of the storm. Yuck. So then it took me awhile to go back to sleep. Then my boss called me at 5:30am because he noticed that the alarm company had called him but he had missed the call and wanted to know what was up. Argh! Then it again took me forever to go back to sleep and by then my alarm clock went off at 6:30. I am so tired today... Kat - I'm so glad to hear that Manda is showing a little bit of improvement. An inch in the right direction is still good... Jane - how is your fill going?? Are you feeling restriction? Pammy - gross gross gross. But my dogs have eaten grosser stuff so I can relate... TracyK - I'm so glad Macy is blossoming at this new school she's in. All the pain of moving was so worth it just for that, huh? Suzie - close your eyes... PLACENTA, VAGINA, EPIDURAL, PUSHING, SQUEEZING... lol Don't get offended Suzie... When it's my turn I'll have tons of questions for my Violets about this wonderful process and I want to come on here and ask ya'll about it... Laura - the angel hair one from Lean Cuisine is really good! One of my favorites. And even when I was really tight I would never PB on it. But then again I hardly ever PB'd. And you're right, most of the frozen food stuff is italian stuff. I guess that's the food that re-heats up well after it's been frozen? Where the heck is TRACYKS? Am I going crazy or has she been MIA? Is she on vacay??

Laura - your salmon sounds yummy! Salmon is one of my favorite fish to eat but only if I cook it at home. I hate getting it at a restaurant and then you get a dry piece of fish. I just got home and getting ready to get some chicken breasts in the oven. I don't have anything to make as a side other than black eyed peas! I need to go to the grocery store. The times that I am not prepared with a stocked fridge and pantry are the times that we rely on fast food and that's never good... My blessings for today - I'm thankful that my family is close together and that we are able to see each other very often...

OH my goodness! I missed so much while I was gone... Judy and Kat - prayers to you and your families. Words cannot express how sorry I feel for everything that you guys are going through right now. Michelle - Thank you for the reminder on the blessings. I have tried to end my day with a thanks to God for all the blessings he has given me but on more days than not I go to bed grumbling about how much I have to do the next day or how much I didn't accomplish today. I need to do alot better with that... I'm gonna play catch up on the posts, only skimmed the last few pages...

Judy - did you see Kat's email? Don't remember what time she sent that... maybe early today? Laura - onesie sounds cute, LOL. You think I was the one who told you about Prison Break? I don't remember doing that and I'm not sure why I would recommend it other than for the eye candy in it, LOL... We watched it religiously for the first two or three seasons? don't remember... but after awhile we just got bored with it... sorry to tell ya... I'm counting down the minutes... only 45 to go...
