Oh and I know you are always so busy but I need your help. I need to "design" a Save the Date card that I can submit to Vistaprint for my cards. I kinda know what I want but of course don't even know where to begin to design it. What program do I need to use??

Oh Suzy, that's great news! It's nice that they are doing that for you. Also, I hope your shifts go by faster since you found those other ladies to talk to. I always find that having friends around makes the time go fast. Anyways, good luck with that and hopefully a full time gig in your area of work turns up quick. Michelle - You're doing both Thankgiving and Christmas!! WOW, that's awesome! I love love having a full house during the holidays! I would host if I could but there are too many "elders" in my family still, LOL. Laura - yeah, if my grandma were with us we would all be at her house even though it's the tiniest. Good morning lovies! I had a wonderfull weekend but today it's so crappy outside! Friday night we went out and walked around Market Street and then shared a big sandwich and a cup of soup and people watched. Ahhh, so nice. Then Saturday I had a wedding and then after the wedding I had my niece's 1st birthday party to go to. She's too cute! It's my cousins baby so I call her my niece. Sunday we were gonna go on a road trip but decided to stay home and veg and do some cleaning. Then my sister called me around noon and I took off with them down to a pier by the water. They had a Fall festival and a haunted house. We had lots of fun! Pam - your table looks awesome and the artwork complements the space so well! I think that it really ties the dining area to the formal living room. Why are you gettin more lipo done? And for free?? Yay! Laura - ugh, another issue! That sucks, so sorry. Do you have to drive all the way to see your doc? Is he the one that's far? Yuck... Jane - that sucks that you're feeling sniffly! Any body aches? Hopefully it's not the flu and you get over it quick. Are you taking any meds for it? Judy - awww, so nice that you got to see your grandbabies... I saw the Kindle in one of the stores on Friday and I gave Juan a STRONG hint about wanting one for christmas, LOL. I hope I get one! OH and that's awesome that you don't have to worry about Thanksgiving dinner anymore. So much less stress for you. Michelle - kids are running you ragged! Your dinner sounds YUM! As usual, I was running late this morning so I forgot to put my crock pot on. Looks like it's leftovers for dinner tonight, boo hoo! Wasn't Thanksgiving at your house last year too? I don't remember. We take turns for ours... This year is not our turn! So yippee! Make sure you share any recipes you have. I'm in charge of succotash (sp?), and green bean casserole. So so nasty here today girls. aaahhh, it's 3:30. HOPEing to get out of here shortly... I'm ready to start my weekend! It's GORGEOUS outside!!! My hunnybunny is waiting for me at home. We are gonna go walk around the little shops on Market Street, grab a sandwich at Hubbell and Hudson and sit out and watch the kids run around and play. I've got a wedding tomorrow but it's a small one. So I get to enjoy this beautiful weekend. Thinking of taking a drive to the hill country and we can have a picnic somewhere. Booked another wedding for April next year. Our calendar is filling up fast! Does anyone keep up with Cougar Town or Modern Family? Hilarious! Love those shows. I will watch them as soon as my DVR is done recording them on Wednesday nights. Massive headache that I can't get rid of today...I'm gonna try taking more tylenol...

Ok, I emailed ya'll about my dress. I seriously seriously thought this was gonna be such a big process. I thought I was gonna have to go to several places and try on hundreds of dresses. I tried on the very first one and I loved the silouette. LOVED IT. But didn't like the fact that it wasn't a sweetheart neckline. Then I tried on the second one and JUST LOVED IT. But it was the same silouette as the first one and I wanted to try more. So I tried on great big ballgowns, poufy cupcake ones, ones with lots of shirring and lots of bling, but I kept coming back to the 2nd one. And each time I put it back on and walked back out to the viewing room my mom and my sisters would gasp. After 3 times of this I just said, ok, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress. Then the sales lady asked me what was missing for me and I told her I wanted more bling. More sparklyies. So she found another dress from the same designer that had tons more sparklies and beading and silver thread designs but still had the same silouette, the same gathering under my boobs, the same neckline. And as soon as she walked in the room with it we all gasped. I said, "THAT's MY DRESS!". I'm so so so happy. This is just getting more and more real everyday.

I need to lose to look good in my dress and then after whatever. I'm seriously ok being at the size I am in. Ok, maybe 20 lbs lighter would be really really ideal. I felt hot and sexy and I didn't have too many bulges everywhere and my collar bones stuck out. Anyways, good diet pills? Anyone?? I'm going to make an appt with the doctor this week...

I was up till one last night! You should have called! I was full of sugar and couldn't sleep. We got home around eleven and then I put a load of laundry in and folded some towels that had been sitting in the dryer. Then watched some TV, and then around midnight decided to cut all my dogs bangs. I don't like them when they get too long and cover their eyes... Finally drifted off around 130 am. I didn't want to get up this morning! Chilly mornings suck! I'm so warm snuggled with my sweetie and my alarm just kept ringing and ringing...

Good morning my violets!! Thanks for all the birthday wishes!! We had a family dinner last night at my mom's house to celebrate my birthday. Lots and lots of yummy homemade cooking. She even made me my favorite, "Arroz con leche", rice pudding. YUM YUM YUM. I didn't bring any to work today but I should have. We had two cakes, one chocolate and one Italian creme. My mom ordered them from the bakery that is doing my wedding cakes so that everyone could taste them. SO SO SO YUMMY. Today I am unfortunately working but Juan said he has a nice surprise for me tonight. Probably dinner and maybe music somewhere? That's usually what we do for birthdays... Judy - I'm sorry that all that happened with Grady's baptism. The good thing is that ya'll were able to just overcome it so that Tim wasn't able to ruin it for Kris... The party pics look fun! That cake looks yummy! Pam - where are you putting your 6 seater table?? Send pics when it gets in. You got your degree in?? Yay yay yay!! I was so super busy this weekend. I had two weddings, one satraday and one Sunday... whew! Hate doing two in a row like that, wears me out! Luckily they were small weddings, ceremony only. They last about 3 hours each. Oh and Saturday morning we went looking for invites again and we FOUND the ones I wanted. I'm so happy!! Now all I have to do is work on the Save The Date cards. I'm thinking of doing magnets. What do ya'll think? I found a website called Vista Print that does them pretty cheap. I'll just have to find someone to do a little design for me and I upload it and they print them for me. So cool!! Sorry for the ramblin! I'll be back!
