Yes I'm been very constipated lately I start taking Fiber today so far I just have a lot gas

Great to hear I've lost 8lbs since surgery still some gas pains in my stomach through out the day

Hi I'm doing great my only pain right know it's in me left showder I guess gas but I'm great with a lot energy and loosing some pounds

I'm so confused I was on clear liquid the day and the day after the surgery then I start my Protein Shakes Jello yogurt etc and now the "muchy" stage until I see the doc on the 19th but I see everybody just in full liquids and feel that I'm doing it wrong I think I should call the doctor office just to double check

Yes they told me to start on day 7th they didn't mention anything about blending the food :0 just yo chew chew chew I can have broil eggs tuna fish , cod , tilapia , salmon, mash potato those beens with cheese etc etc I just has tuna 1/2 can took me 25 min. To eat it all I will let you guys know how my day goes...

Any recepies or suggestion , I'm 7 days post op

Kbrax I'm doing good just that pain in the chest that kills me sometimes , I'm sleeping a lot better I start sleeping with 4 pillows now using 2 lol , went to Walmart today and walk a lot . I'm drinking my Protein Shakes , lots Water gatetoraid , chicken broth , Jello Popsicles etc I had an hernia repair too so I walk like a lil old lady but I can tell you for sure that every day it's getting better and better

Hello I was banded on oct 3 and I'm having chest pain specially when a take a deap breath is this normal??

I can fell them today last night was tuff I couldn't sleep with all the gas pain . Now I'm resting walking a lil bit I think I over did stuff yesterday

Feeling better the gas pain is the worst part ahh an been is the hospital I miss my bed and my kids

Hello I'm very stress right now I just find out that my insurance it's shut down aghhh and guess what my surgery its tomorrow .... My husband have Tricare his an angr and haver orders every 3 Months and his orders end it yesterday his still active but his lazy superiors haven't summit all the paperwork ...

I'm on my pre op diet now day 6 and I had lost 8 pounds my diet consist in chicken broth , Soups , Protein Shakes , Popsicles , Jello , 1 broil

Egg a day 2 onz of chicken and 1 cup of vegetables plus I also been working out. I'm very happy so far

Mine is October 3rd I'm really excited !!
