I'm on my pre op diet now day 6 and I had lost 8 pounds my diet consist in chicken broth , soups , protein shakes , Popsicles , jello , 1 broil Egg a day 2 onz of chicken and 1 cup of vegetables plus I also been working out. I'm very happy so far -

Thanks I'm been working out together with the pre op liquid diet and I feel great.. Its the beginning of something really good -
Zumba and walks too i also been cleaning at home like crazy lol just trying to be busy and don't think too much about food I even dream about fried chicken last night lol

Anybody use herbalife shakes or protein shakes eigther for the pre op or post op diet??

Y surgeon put me on a 10 day liquid diet that I will start on the 24 th and I can have 2onz of chicken or turkey all sugar free drinks that I want and Popsicles and 3 to 4 protein shake ... Not bad at all
