Rode my motorcycle this weekend for the first time. It went really well. Was scared to death!

Completed the Motorcycle Safety Foundation motorcycle riding course this weekend! Had a blast!!!

12 days post-op and finally feel like myself again!

Had 1st real food in 3 weeks last night! 3 bites of a waffle house omelet, 3 bites of hash browns!

Just took my sutures out! Feel better already....

9 days out and going strong. Lost 11 lbs so far!

1 week out and feeling good,energetic, & thrilled to have lost 4.9 lbs!

5 days post-op feeling jet-lagged some... Getting plenty of fluids & protein. A little incisional-type pain but glad i had sleeve done instead of lap-band...

Surgery Aug 28th doing great, getting in liquids fairly well, no pain. Some gas...

Had a great experience with Dr. Almanza on Aug. 28th!

Got VSG done instead of lapband! So happy i did. Feel great, just got home 1/2 hour ago!
