I started off at 186 and am 142 now (3 months out)and do not regret it for one minute. Why wait until you have htn, diabetes etc... to have surgery. Do it before all of that starts! I tried everything to lose and the only thing that has worked is WLS. you won't be sorry....

3 Months Out And Down 44 Lbs!

3 months out, haven't blogged in a while been very busy working. I've been riding the motorcycle some, doing good with that. Rode into a small town sat. by myself for a sheriff's inspection so I can license it. Didn't have any trouble but was pretty scared. I just have 12 lbs to go to goal so feeling awesome about that. The hairloss has slowed down some (thank God). Feel tired alot lately...Not much else to write, thanks for reading my jumbled thoughts...
  4. hope all goes well for you. I'm sure it will! Keep us posted...

  10. I read that the caffeine restricts blood flow to the stomache, thus can delay healing... I drank coffee from the get go and didn't have any issues; ( hadn't read this at that time), and then there's also the dehydration issue.
  11. Good for you! That's awesome!
  12. I started this journey at 186 lbs (near the heaviest I had ever been), and have a small frame, so my ultimate goal is 125-130. I'm at 145 now and if I didn't lost anymore I would be happy, but i'll be happier if I lost the 15-20lbs more... I think wherever you FEEL the best is what a person's goal should be. And above all HEALTHY...Hope to get into size 5 jeans...wear 9 now...
