  1. Do it...or get an Elliptical I bought myself a Sole E95 Elliptical ( it's awesome:))and I put it in the corner of my living room and I watch TV while doing it.I am not a runner bc my knees but I can get going at a good clip on that thing with no issue and I change up the resistance.
  2. Yes I go to a support group where I see people it is at San Antonio Military Medical Center which is where I was sleeved. I wasn't mistaken about what my surgeon told us in the seminar about sleeves not stretching (if done right ) as others have chimed in and also stated . I have to say that I did read an article written by a Bariatrician in which he said while a sleeve won't truly stretch it may become more compliant over time if you force it to and it may hold more but when empty it will be the same size kind of like a balloon you fill with air once the air is gone the balloon goes back to original size mor or less but even with this he's says you would still feel restriction. That being said I never said I was going to eat a ton of popcorn or challenge the size of my sleeve by stuffing myself. I can't believe if you go to an actual group where you see actual people you haven't met anyone who stringent eating does not work for that is not fat again. My group has a huge variety of people and no 2 do things exactly the same way and most are successful thus far:)
  3. Ditto what Globetrotter said...Just over 8Gs is crazy. I was considering Dr.Green a surgeon in Sacramento who specializes in Post Bariatric plastics but my Bestie just had Breast Augmentation by him and minor BL procedure(he only raised one of her nipples) and she paid 6900 she had no other work for this and the anesthesiologist was billed separately.I am gonna have check this guy out ... Had to edit Doc Name I was thinking of wrong one lol.
  4. $329 for 1 pair of jeans is a little steep for me. I could by 2 pairs of a premium denim brand that fit really well for that price
  5. I still can't see how the formula works though I see a major difference between when I put little to no exercise and when I put 3x a week but how do they know how intense my 3 times is vs the average person or how long ?
  6. It did, mine was microwave regular butter flavored 80 calories worth of goodness it that little bowl:)
  7. I have never been told otherwise it is not on my nono list I make sure they are well chewed and I don't eat the shell as some folks do. I have been eating them since I was 3 months out and haven't had issues.I eat the kernels in my salad sometimes too:)
  8. I may end up with augmentation+lift too...

  11. Apparently, that is Amazing ! I wish a size 6 was big on me I am 6.5 months out and I was only(I know it's not small)an 18 . A 6 would probably barely button and zip and I would be afraid a button would fly off and kill someone This I must see....
  12. No Hollister either as it is the same company for those that don't already know this.I read this article and have to agree with the Author's sentiment...Don't be alarmed by the tittle I think Mike Jeffries is a major D-bag for more reasons than this....http://unsettledchristianity.com/2013/05/i-support-mike-jeffries-abercrombie-fitch/

  16. Ps for all you who want to know the swimsuit is a Magicsuit from Victoria's Secret it sucks everything in I am not as sucked in as I could be in mine bc I bought it pre surgery and I always buy them 1 size smaller than my true size for maximum hold that one is a 14 And fits loose I need to order a new one in an 8.It cost a fair bit but is so worth it to hold in the jiggle:) *hate autocorrect
