  1. I read this article about Mike Jeffries stance and I have to say I agree with the author...http://unsettledchristianity.com/2013/05/i-support-mike-jeffries-abercrombie-fitch/
  2. Not every doctor puts in a drain. I never had one and none of the other patients that I know from the same program with different docs had one.
  3. So I have uploaded these photos I am more hourglass than pear because have bottom and top with a fairly defined waist..as I got bigger my waist became a little less defined but was still defined.I am losing from all areas so my shape is still there just smaller. The bathing suit is me about 2 weeks ago ish.
  4. Tell them you had a personal surgery and everything is fine now 'nuff said. If they ask questions tell them you don't want to talk about it.They should respect your privacy:)
  5. I love Target for cheaper on trend clothes it is my fave ! For plus sized clothes I was a mostly Torrid Girl they still have some tops I could wear bc of my big boobs I buy a 0 which is a 12? it is the smallest they carry. Alloy.com is a site that has a shopping section with cute inexpensive stuff as well as Gojane.com I don't know if you like online shopping.I also shop at a secondhand store called Clothes Mentor that has good stuff they have stores in different states too I believe.
  6. It shouldn't hurt and leave you feeling lonely. You are going through an adjustment period. In the meantime I would ignore those women who seem like they are trying to manipulate you. I know it is probably hard being where you are but try and surround yourself with positive people only. Also do they have EAP where you are located ? I would take some time and talk with them even 1x a month would help EAP helped me a lot when I was experiencing anxiety when I was in a remote location.
  7. My answer to the OP is simple...Can you smoke?Yes absolutely you can smoke. Should you smoke?Absolutely not! People have and do smoke with this surgery and experience no complications but People also jump of of bridges and buildings and don't die.A simplification yes but still true none the less
  8. Happy Belated Birthday Fiddle!
  9. I don't drink milk much but when I do I drink 1% because that is what I buy my family. I don't drink it often enough to warrant buying a separate container of skim and I agree that it tastes like glue water lol.The only time I use skim milk is when I treat myself to a Skinny Vanilla latte and the coffee covers the flavor up
  10. I was stalled at 162 for 3 weeks scale kept going down then back up...I just kept doing what I am supposed to and tracking and last week the stall broke.I don't know any special tricks to break a stall faster nor am I sure they really would work any how. That is just my opinion though. My 11/7 Sx weight was 218 CW 158.The stalls seem to come and go naturally but the loss continues
  11. I have been a bad nurse/girl . I have been neglecting to take my supplements and my iron level was 24 the PA for my surgeon just called to lecture me about how they want it at 46 and not taking my multivitamin is not helping...My Vitamin D was at 27 and they want to see at least 30. I don't know why but I can't seem to get a good rhythm for pill popping/ chewing. I take synthroid and Allegra in addition to the supplements but the only one I take really regular is the synthroid. Now I know why they say we make the worse patients
  12. Blueberry? Hmmm
