  1. You are doing great! I am 6.5 months out over 65 pounds down and still losing. It has slowed down a little but I am closer to goal (25pounds to go) and I also eat a semi normal amount of calories keeping around 1200. I might lose faster if I cut carbs and cals more as some people have but I am satisfied with my loss rate and so is my Dr.
  2. In the ones here in SA it is usually in the health food section where they sell the Protein supplements and bulk health food and herbal remedies etc.
  3. I bought myself a new pair of boots and had to take a pic...1month out Left 6.5 months Right
  4. Is it cheaper than the canister?
  5. I LOVE THIS!! You eat like a normal person should:)
  6. I feel you on the snacking but WE WILL REACH GOAL I feel the energy lull too but I really want to do this I know we can!!!Imagine Christina Aguilera's "Can't Hold Us Down" playing in the background as I am saying WE WILL DO THIS!!!

  9. I saw a thread where someone said they had a TT before sleeving I will see if I can find it and link it here.
  10. Heck Yeah! I want to be a 6 . I did it for health issues too I was a 39 BMI with 2 comorbidities.. But honestly what finally made me do something was my unhappiness with my body.I am 33 and dang it I wanna be all cute again! At a size 6 I will not be skinny I am 5'2.5 but I will look cute and still have curves in the right areas:) When I am wearing my six maybe I will try for a 4 who knows
  11. I cleaned out my closet today:( sadly all that I have left fits into an 18 gallon sized tub and half of it is yoga pants, sweats and tees lol.Time to go shopping
  12. They won't feed you more than you will eat. Before they place a peg tube or J tube I am sure they would have seen what your stomach looks like.A medical history is taken upon admittance to a nursing home so your surgery would be disclosed at that point.
  13. I don't think it's going to happen loss slows down a bit as you approach goal I think I could figure out a way to stop losing right now if i wanted to but I want to lose 25 more ...I will still have curves in the right places at 130 I am 5'2.5.
