  1. I use Free and Clear Metamucil which is made from Inulin Fiber and not Psyllium . Inulin fiber is the same fiber that is in Phillips Fiber Gummies and most Fiber Gummies:)
  2. Weird how every doc is different ....
  3. Mine won't cover a TT only a pani but it is hell trying to get approved even for that now...It used to be almost automatic after WLS but not anymore
  4. If you have health issues related to your weight then it is vain to put your hair before your health...If you can lose on your own without this surgery than you can have both health and hair I however could not lose and keep it off without this surgery and the hair loss is only temporary:) Wigs can be awesome and I would wear one in a heartbeat if necessary but this is just my 2 cents...
  5. Yes that is why I will do 2 stages probably bc from what I have researched so far there tends to be less or slower re sagging if implants are done after you are healed from lift or vice versa...I am researching a ton and I will pay more $ if I need to in order to get in done right...I am considering having mine done by Dr.Green in Sacramento near my moms he is a leading plastic surgeon for weightloss patients.Or Dr.Barone who was in US News Top Plastic Surgeons she specializes in breasts but does it all and is in San Antonio which is where I live now...
  6. I got pepper for my husband he loves spicy Me not so much...

  11. This is what my plan is ...I am 5'2 and my personal goal is 130 but I will really just go until I feel comfortable. I am def going to need some plastics for stomach and breasts after all the trauma I have put them through(3 csections weight gains and losses along with breast feeding) I am 150 today I do want to stay curvy and have thus far so we shall see:)
  12. I searched for it but it keeps coming back with no results...is it bc I am on my iPhone searching ?IDK....
  13. Ok I know I said I was going to do this but I haven't yet...Where are the guidelines for how it goes ? Is it all in this thread or is there somewhere else the guidelines are written?
  14. Wow 170lbs down !I was sleeved on the 7th and you have lost over double what I have:) That is awesome!!!
  15. My doc just recommended taking Metamucil daily bc it is gentler on the stomach. It is just a fiber supplement to help things along more naturally. I use Metamucil free and clear you can add it to anything and it is really tasteless as long as you mix it until dissolved.
  16. I am and have been since 6 weeks before surgery.I had half of my thyroid removed in 2010 for a nodule and when I had my pre surgery labs they came back hypo I am on 0.05 mg synthroid .
  17. 3-4 months out is when I could tolerate them. I tend to eat it as a snack between protein meals or just a couple bites after my protein if I have it with a meal.I also don't usually do iceberg (due to taste and nutrients) I use more romaine and baby spinach.I use a teaspoon of ranch(I make) and add chickpeas and sunflower seeds for added protein sometimes too My salad never weighs more than 5oz.
