  1. Hi' date=' my gf and i are very concern because we are doing the pre-op liquid diet and we already feel we barelly have energy, so we are wondering what can we take for energy after surgery because im sure by then, we will have even less energy and after 5 days over there we will have to take 2 planes to cme back home. how are we gonna do this without passsing out ? Those who have had surgery in another city or had to drive hours to the clinic or went to Mexico, what did u do for energy?

    Thanks ![/quote']

Hi I was sleeved on 10/22 in my pre surgery diet my doctor told me I have to had at least 65 to 70 g of Protein.

Your doctor do not tell you that?

You should search for protenex, the taste is no to good but it is the best way to have your Protein intake every day, that is super important.

You all please excuse my grandma, my Spanish it is perfect but my English is suck... Lol I hope you understand me.

  2. Slept on my stomach last night. I had the best nights rest since the surgery... Don't remember waking up at all during the night. I feel rejuvenated! It's great to have input from your experiences. Thank you

I'm happy for you, I told you it was a matter of time. :) keep posting your journey and let us know how you are doing. Best of luck!

  3. I was sleeved in Las Vegas on 11/5. I naturally sleep on my stomach but haven't been able to since the surgery. With that being said I am not getting enough sleep but I do realize my stomach still needs a lot more healing. When were you able to sleep on your stomach?

    Hi dear

I'm new in the forum but I was on the same situation, I was sleeved on 10/22 after a week I was able to sleep on my stomach, don't worry that feeling is normal we just scare, you can try little by little.

    Good luck
