  1. You are looking great! Keep it up or our case down! you were sleeved day before me.
  2. I can handle milk so far but I also don't push it just in case.
  3. Hi Sln8978' You were sleeved on my birthday!,
  4. I would love that happen for me.
  5. Sleeved 8/14 and down 20. Although this week the scale hasn't gone down. Let's see how this week goes...good luck to all.
  6. I'm doing well too. Sleeved 8/14 and down 20 about to go onto full foods and just nervous about it. I'm not concerned about protein as I mostly eat high protein foods but I'm not sure what to have for meals. I think I'm going to slowly transition into reg foods and implement them into my soft foods just to be safe until I can figure out sleeve friendly meals that I like because I'm a picky eater!
  7. So as of this Tuesday I will be cleared to eat full foods, and I'm nervous. Can anyone give me any ideas on what I should eat? Please and thank you!
  8. I have moved on to soft foods and as of 9/11 I can eat regular foods. So far ive tolerated everything okay, but i do take my time and try to chew as much as i can. I would suggest you contact your doctor or nutritionist if you aren't sure. Mine gave me a booklet that is like my bible with my schedule of eating on it. Best of luck to you.
  9. That happened to me today. I'm a teacher and we started school yesterday. Today I saw a teacher that was on the fuller side and she looked like she had lost quite a bit of weight in the right areas. I didn't say anything ecause I was afraid to embarrass her or offend her in any way. Regardless it's hard but we still want tat acknowledgment.
  10. Progresso has quite a few, I also like creamy tomato but go easy it may bother your stomach. I was ok'd to have that soup and after a while I started to feel it. I guess I did overkill on that one.
  11. Sorry to hear, hope you feel better. What kinds of food are you eating?
  12. Chilihot, I had a tough time taking in liquid Protein but seem to do better with protein thought food. At least that is what my fitness pal app shows. I would like to increase the protein a bit more and think I will do better once I begin the soft foods tomorrow. My fear is that I return tomorrow to work (I teach) and worried about getting my Fluid and Snacks in so I don't feel weak. My schedule has me teaching 4 classes back to back starting from 8-12:30ish. I'm spending today on pre-packing snacks and meals for my classroom that i can store in my refrigerator including my Water. I hope that will work! We'll see!
  13. Hi all, I'm from Buffalo too and was sleeved by Dr. Carauana 8/14. I'm down 18 lbs so far and things are going great. How are all of you doing?
  14. Was sleeved Auust 14th and would love to be a part of a group going through the same thing I'm experiencing (or at least close to it). Hope all is well!
  15. Thanks for all the suggestions I survived it and did well!
