  1. I've been waiting for a challenge Yay! I'm currently 236 and will aim for 199. Oh wow that sounds so onederful!! I was 21 the last time I weighed under 200. That was 30 yrs ago. OMG that's such a crazy long time ago. And that was after dieting at the time. So it's on like donkey kong! Good luck everybody lets do this????
  2. All week I have had stomach pain and some nausea at times. I'm calling my dr today but was hoping others can tell me if they have had a similar experience. It feels like in the pit of my stomach, achy, on a pain scale about a 5. I'm hoping I may need a different PPI I currently take Pepcid 2 x a day. I was hoping it was just constipation but it doesn't seem so as things are moving ok in that area. I know gallbladder and ulcer issues may arise so I'm nervous about that. Anyone else experience this?
  3. Thanks Susie hang in its coming
  4. Ugh this feels horrible. . I have to take something NOW but have to go to work. There's been "movement" but it's not adequate. Feeling sick and nauseous.
  5. Ok now I'm down 31 pounds . Nice big drop. Feeling good!! Add 16 before preop and now total is 47. The 16 was to be eligible to have the surgery and that began last August. Feeling inspired again. l
  6. Relying good total weight loss 46 lbs. I cross my legs better, walk without getting winded and my knees feel so much better. That's just a sampling . Lovin it'
  7. Central coast here, surgery done in Bakersfield with dr Garcia on July 26th. Great experience no problems and in all I'm down 46 pounds.
  8. Yes I was sleeved in the US. I will let them know. Can't hurt that's for sure. I'm hoping it's just something basic, thanks for the reply.
  9. Call my surgeon? Just for an upset stomach?
  10. I don't believe so. Lots of rumbling, burping and u know, etc... I had to leave work because the nausea was too much.
  11. Woke up with a gnarly stomach ache this morning and it's not going away. I'm hoping it's just "I need to go" but it's worrisome. I'm at 8 weeks post op so ordinarily I shouldn't be having nausea should I?
  12. Come on Iggy just asking u to ease up a bit. Just a little harsh u can say the same things without being offensive. It appears u mean well just need a little refining. Peace
  13. U guys are great and it's so nice to come on here and get great support . Thanks!
  14. Iggy just try to be a little more sensitive. This isn't the first time you've offended. Like above where u refer to the people in this forum as " a bunch of idiots". Ease up and maybe reduce the Valium a tad.
  15. I was sleeved on July 26th and I'm so scared this is TOO slow. With my preop I've lost 26 pounds. So many people have lost so much more. I'm really bothered by this. When I went in for my 3 week check I was on track according to my Dr.but now 3 weeks later I've lost very little more. Scared
  16. I've only tried 2 things fried and they both made me ill. I can tolerate alot at 6 weeks but not that. It's a good thing though . I felt nauseous, and just heavy and sick.
  17. That does feel good doesn't it. I'm early on but my knees sure do know the difference.
  18. The first thing I ate after liquids was some avocado. It was delicious!
