  1. Worst as far as not on program. Chips etc.
  2. Surprised here too. Maybe no one else will say it but I think it discredits the seriousness of our plight and reduces it to a quik fix. 30 pounds really? SMH
  3. Thank u for the replies. Fact is I have a TON of hair so hopefully it won't be too bad. I has 2 c sections and I don't remember any significant hair loss. I did read an article a while back linking hair loss to what the body perceives as malnutrition. I feel like Sampson when it comes to my hair. I know that sounds vain but true nonetheless.
  4. Please tell me there is a chance I won't or at least that it will be minimal. I need to hear someone's story that didn't experience this.
  5. So scared of this, my hair is almost waist length and is one of my assets I have relied on to feel pretty. Praying I am only minimally affected. :/
  6. Yes me too. I think I read that the grehlin loss has an effect. Having difficulty spelling and being alert. July 26th sleeved.
  7. You're a brave soul I can hear the puckering already. Lol. I TOTALLY agree. I remember I was 6 days post op and ate some avocado and posted about it and u would have thought I stuck a sword in myself. The reaction was intense. Anyway thank u thank u for the common sense. Much appreciated.
  8. That's so funny I loved both of those things afterwards!!
  9. Queasy stomach, and some nausea. Like a pit in my stomach.
  10. I guess what I'm saying is, if something doesn't agree with me how will I know?
  11. I'm almost 9 weeks out and wondering if anyone has had a problem with peanuts? I've been eating a lot of peanut sauce over the last week in my attempt to get protein and something with good flavor. Last week I had stomach problems all week and am going for an upper GI to be sure is ok. If i cant tolerate peanuts yet what would it feel like?everything
  12. We're all doing good hang in everybody. Let's update again soon
  13. Yes I've notices loose skin but I also read that your body needs time to adjust and some of that improves. 3.6 average per week if I count preop.
  14. May I ask what insurance u have and why/how they covered the pani removal?
