My first fill is scheduled for 10th Oct which will be six weeks after surgery, one of the girls who was same day as me is 4 weeks after and another 5 weeks after, we all had the same surgeon on the same day!!

Goal weight for September 29th~13st 7lb. (189lbs)

Weight on September 1st~14st 2. (198lbs)

Dietary goal for September~ try not to consume too much before 1st fill

Exercise goal for September~30 min a day 3 days a week

Date banded~28th August 12

Total weight loss since banding/pre op diet: 1 stone 9lbs. (22lbs)

Well August we all made it to the losers bench, it was a long list but we did it. I look forward to hearing all the amazing weight lost.

It's 6:14 here. Starting the waiting game. My surgery is scheduled for 7:30. I love the warm air they pump into the gown. So relaxing. Well' date=' waking at 3:30 helps too. LOL[/quote']

Good luck! I'm august 28th can't wait. But this last month has flown by for me believe it or not... I start pre-op diet saturday...

I have 3 more days until my surgery. Im scheduled to check in at 5:45am and its starting to set in. Im actually nervous n scared...all my hard work is about to pay off but Im freaking out a little that random thoughts go through my head. I just need some reassurance everything will be ok. Im glad I can come in her for support.

it was a difficult couple of days the gas was the worse i would get rid of it & it would return with a vengeance but I'm doing so much better now thank you for asking you day is coming soon are you ready? I know you are

I'm glad you are feeling better, the gas seems to be the most common problem judging by everyone's posts, was there anything in particular you found useful to shift it?

I am so ready for it, I hate to say But it's all I can think about. I'm not scared as I believe there's a bigger plan and it's already mapped out anyway. I'm keeping myself as busy as I can in the hope that the days will go quicker. 9 days but who's counting!!

Was just banded yesterday (the 17th) and i'm already having stomach growls from hunger! Whats that all about!? I keep being told that I wont be hungry for a while!
