How often?
I just hit the clearance racks last week. So many things are really cheap right now!! I bought some things that don't fit me now but will in a few weeks. I was also putting off buying things as I felt it was just throwing money away! I am so thankful that I work from home. I don't know how you guys do it that have to dress up for work every day!! Luckily if my clothes are baggy it is fine. I have a couple of things that fit for when I do out. I wish I k new what size I was going to be. I would buy a ton of stuff on clearance right now!

Post Op September Sleevers, Roll Call
I just make sure I get in my protein and try to get in my water. Some days I am not so good.... I really try to stay away from breads, pastas etc but I do have a little bit once in a while. I try to stop when i am full. I walk my dogs for 60 min 3-4x a week. 10 of those 70 pounds were lost on my pre op diet. and 10 more before that. Thanks everyone for the comments. I do feel great!

Things I LOVE about my sleeve!
Funny you should ask that...I was just saying to someone today "the surgery was a piece of cake. When you live with pain you hardly notice the pain from surgery " I had a bit of a flareup but it was no worse than a rough day and totally worth it. I am on the guaifensin Protocol to reverse fibro I did go off it for a couple of months after surgery. So happy to be back on it again.

Did you tell...?
I was an open book from the beginning. I told all of my family and friends. However I did not post it on facebook. People are starting to ask how I lost the weight and I always tell them.I am shocked how many people say they have had it or are asking questions about having it done themselves. Just do whatever you are comfortable with.

Ive been on thyroid meds for 15 years. I thought I would lose weight when I got on the meds but nooooooo. I am 4 months out from the sleeve and down 70 pounds!- Need the honest truth, what are the negatives about the sleeve that you wish would have known beforehand.
I honestly cant think of a single negative! I have never thrown up, had the slimes, or any other problems. I am 4 months out and down 70 pounds! Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would feel this good this fast! The holidays were awesome. I ate a small bite of all my faves . I was completely satisfied and still lost weight. I love my sleeve! I approached this with a positive attitude about changing my life and it certainly has!- Post Op September Sleevers, Roll Call
I have 7 and none of them bothered me at all. They are very small.- Anyone Have A Relatively Easy Recovery Story?
I had a great recovery! Not much pain, I have never been nauseous. Never vomited. Follow the guidelines of your Dr and you will do great! I have lost 45% of my excess weight in less than 4months! Getting sleeved was the best decision I have ever made! The only exercise I have done is walking my dogs. I am going to start some toning exercises now. The bat wings need a little attention! Lol.- Just to wish everyone a Happy New Year
Happy New Year to you too! I know this will be one of my best years ever!! So happy with my sleeve and how it is changing how I feel!!!- 3 weeks post-op and I'm struggling!
I think many of us have felt that way. It really depends on what I eat as to how full I feel. I am almost 4 months out and still sometimes feel like I may have eaten too much. I am losing at a rate I am very happy with. I doubt you are stretching your sleeve. It takes time to get used to what to eat and how much of it. I notice it is harder for me to eat in the mornings. I don't eat as much then as I do other meals. I also fill up sooner some days than others. I have no idea why. I love my sleeve! Good luck to you.- Before and after
You look awesome! How long ago did you have surgery?- Time To Check Out My Hospital's Er!
Liz, So happy you are improving. Keep that positive attitude and you will do great!! I am sending many positive vibes your way and praying for you! Ok... here is my cheezy joke.... What does a nosey pepper do??? Gets jalepeno business:) gotta move the head a little when you say that! lol Hope today is a good one for you.- September Was Your Progress?
I struggled with sweets especially over the holidays. If I ate something sweet it just made it worse. Now that I am back home it is easier. I make sure to get in my Protein and stay away from the sweets. I don't seem to be craving them as much. Looks like you are doing awesome!! Great loss- Post Op September Sleevers, Roll Call
Welcome CM4! I had a great Christmas and even lost a couple of pounds while at my in-laws! She is an awesome baker so of course I indulged in a few cookies but certainly nothing like in years past! One night I kept wanting to graze the sweets so I went in and filled up on protein. Took those urges away quickly Love it! Happy New Year everyone. What a great new year we will all have!! I am officially down 70 pounds from my highest today. What a fabulous feeling!!- Why in the hell did I have this sugery during the holidays! I'm one week out and craving food bad!
