Congratulations Rebecca! As long as the scale is going downward , you're doing great! We didn't gain our weight overnight, so it won't come off overnight either. It's great you've been able to sit back and recognize where you can make adjustments. The rule is 1-2 lbs per week, you still made that goal. I'll be waiting for 7mth update. Hi Valerie! It's normal to be afraid of the unknown, but you really don't have anything to worry about. Day of surgery you arrive at hospital 2 hrs. before surgery. They get you all comfy and hook up an IV for fluids. Then I just watched tv. Then just before surgery they give you something for your nerves. Take you in Operating room, transfer you to table and again ppl hooking you up to monitors and before you know it, you're waking up in recovery all done and ready to start a healthy wonderful life. If you follow ALL your Drs. orders you will do just fine! Just keep thinking about yourself more healthy & happy, great prize! I wish you all the best!
