  2. Lissa, I am curious about what you are now eating on a typical day? You don't seem to have stalled much and have lost an incredible amount in a short space of time.
  3. Sounds good. We've all been there and know how you feel. Good luck with the Opti stage. It's the beginning of the great positive weight loss journey to better health and feeling and looking great.
  4. Change of plan for Brisbane get together. Instead of tomorrow, we are now meeting for lunch at Groove Train at King George Square at 12.30pm next Monday. Let us know if you can make it.

  7. Your weight can still fluctuate for lots of reasons within any 24 hour period, eg Fluid retention, PMS, heavy carb meal etc. I am sure it will be back under 100kg withina few days. Maybe don't weigh yourself for a couple of days and you may be surprised.

  10. Misty, my sister in Victoria has two brown chooks, Maggie & Mabel and each lay every day. They live on 6 acres, so they are happy chooks as they get to roam the yard during the day.
