So true!! I was fortunate that my surgeon and nut have been pretty specific. They also gave me a huge binder with every level of the food plan and a bunch of recipes! It really is unfortunate that some here do not seem to get proper instructions.

Hi everyone, does anyone use this device to track activity, calories burned, sleep etc? If so, do you find it is accurate as far as calories burned? Any insight about this device will be appreciated. I wore it today for the first time and am amazed at what it says I am burning!!

I had this for about the first 6 weeks after surgery. I just kept a water bottle at bedside. In the very beginning I used bioten mouth moisturizing spray at bedtime but I still woke up several times with cotton mouth!!

Hi Sue, I love Chinese food and Japanese sushi but have not had either yet since surgery due to having read other posts where people said it didn't sit right. I was thinking of going out for sushi today but after your post I may pass!! Lol hope you feel better

Have no idea what they gave me but I had no nausea at all post surgery. So grateful!!

Surgery was 9/10/12 and my nut wants me at a 1000 calories a day. Most days I struggle to get it all in though!!

Great plan! Just take it easy after surgery, it USA major operation and you will need rest!! Best decision I ever made and I am sure you will feel the same! Congrats

I too am as lazy as the day is long!! But, I forced myself to the gym after surgery and a funny thing happened... I discovered that I love the "high" I get during and after a good work out!! I still have to fight with myself some days to get there but I manipulate my brain by using the high as the reward. And I also know that I am way, way less anxious from working out, have more energy and sleep better. I know going to the gym is not for everyone but I am glad I forced myself and hope to continue but.... lol

Yes, I am still getting hiccups! Nut says it is normal and my body's way of telling me I am full. She also said some folks start sneezing or yawning lol

I am very happy with the changes in inches and my clothes sizes going DOWN!!! I look in the full length mirror and can hardly believe it is me I am seeing lol
