Sugar free popsicles, I drank a lot of warm decaff tea with splenda, and powerade zero. I hope you find something that works for you!! -

Why oh why!! I feel like I am falling back into my old habits. I find myself eating when I am not hungry. I am 10 weeks out, and I am not losing weight as fast as I would like, so I think I am just getting depressed about it and find myself eating. Granted, I can't eat as much as I used to, but still!! Why am I doing this. Grrr -

I had surgery on a Wednesday, came home from hospital on a Friday and had sex that night. My doc said if it doesn't hurt, do it! Lol

Ever since my surgery, I can stand the smell or the taste of protein. It makes me so sick. I can't eat one more protein bar or drink one more protein shake!!! Am I the only one????? -

I am 9 weeks out. I tried some unflavored in my oatmeal and I couldn't do it. I could instantly smell the protein. -
I stalled at 6 weeks, I'm now at 8.5 weeks and still have not lost a thing. Is this normal?
