  1. All the artificial sweeteners in jello and pudding? You've got to be kidding me!! How about extra fat being carried around, does she have a weight problem? She needs to get a grip, I think she is jealous!
  2. OP, if you are not okay with all the drama...................then don't read it. Seems to me to be for entertainment purposes only!!
  3. I think you should really be concerned about the surgeon you pick and his credentials and history with this surgery. Where/how far/ how long a flight will mean nothing if you are dead!! Just saying it doesn't matter how long your flight is you can get a blood clot on a one hour flight or a 10 hour flight: no difference.
  4. There are so many posts already about him. You should review them. Revision September 10th. No issues no complications no pain no gas. He is an amazingly skilled surgeon. Enough said
  5. Well he seems to be a very new surgeon with not many surgeries under his belt. For peace of mind I would go with Dr Garcia: he has many years experience and has completed thousands of successful surgeries.
  6. thanks Lolly who was surgeon if I may ask?
  7. I say bad habit, maybe can become addictive.
  8. Why not just get your protein from food? At 9 weeks you should be able too, no?
  9. Wow how unbelievable!! Dr Lopez works in the same hospital as Dr Garcia. I went through ready4achange also. Dr Garcia is an amazingly skilled surgeon and I would highly recommend him! I had my revision done September 10th and couldn't be happier.
  10. Oh fantastic!! Great job!! You deserve this!!
  11. Oh congratulations!! How fantastic you must feel great!! Keep on going!!
  12. Is Dr Hugh Babineau in Mexico? You have him listed on your profile.
  13. If you misread my post I did not say anything about it being good. Sleevers are all in starvation mode consuming so few calories, that is all the point that I made. I am using MY TOOL fantastically!!!!
  14. Seems there is lots of salad options and higher carbs. Some of us are not having salad for months as they add bulk without the protein. Hope that it is working for you.
  15. Justine get it together girl!! Look you can do this. We have been sleeved about the same time. Get back on track, write down what you eat, measure everything you eat, no more than 2 ounces max at a time. No eating after 8:00pm. No more that 6- 2 ounce meals a day. Set a goal each month for weight loss and track it. What do you want to weigh by December 31st? You got this!!!!!!!
  16. Yes it gets better but make sure you eat slowly, little bits at a time. Small bowls, measure out your food small forks/spoons.
  17. Oh how wonderful can't wait to join you in "onederland". Congratulations!!
  18. Okay, you can get the recommended amount of protein and still be in starvation mode.
  19. There are alot of posts on here about Dr Garcia not sure if you have read them. I had a revision on Sept 10th, he is an amazingly skilled surgeon. You can't go wrong by going with Dr Garcia!
  20. There you go I agree look at anorexic's they are constantly in starvation mode and lose an incredible amount of weight!
  21. I think it is for New Years Challenge so into January 01 2013
  22. 40 pounds is a TON of weight to lose in one month. It only makes sense that you will slow down temporarily at some point. Be happy with your loss so far and keep on keeping on!! You will lose it all!
  23. I know that I burped alot in the beginning right out of recovery. It does sound like gas. For some cold water is just too cold, try warm or hotter water maybe with flavouring in it. Hot herbal tea might help too.
  24. Sorry to hear you are not doing well. I hope that the doctor thinks you are okay to be home. Try different temperatures of water cold, warm, hot. Some will go down better than others. Try adding flavour to your water this may help too. Maybe a hot herbal tea.
  25. How do you know that you are not ovulating?
