ibanded jul9 since no insulin i was a 4 to 5 injection a day i have not hadone shot since surgery still onblood pressure pills but thats all -
thanks i slept and it helped after nyquil ambien and lortab im sure it was over eating but im not feeling full banded july 9 thank u for listening

not sure that this was a good idea today hasbeen bad not sure if it slipped back hurts shoulders hurt stomach wont settle down so i can sleep maybe i overate alot?just hurts yup tried gas x got a cold on top of that with fires close can the smog bother the band
