2-3 days were the worst for me walking, gas-x, pain meds and heating pad a must... Today not so bad...this to shall pass -

After failing so many times in the past I think it would be impossiable for my mind not to go there. I have always had success losing but my appetite would get the better of me seemed like it was always all or nothing, I pray this will help me find the middle ground... That being said I am 3 days post op and hopeful I probably for the 1st time in my life losing and not hungry. Good luck to you!!

Lori how r u doing I was banned on the 18th as well, gas pain has been the worst of it so far for me. Hope all is well with u.

I was banned 7/18, want to do my very best any advise is welcome, I don't want to fail!!!! I am logging everything on myfitnesspal highest weight was 295 that's when I decided I had to do something different lots of research done I am currently 260 goal around 172 will have to see as I get closer.
