  1. Ditching the scale was a great step, I finally ditched mine. I am weighing only once a week now. I'm very sorry that you feel so discouraged. I know you said you don't log food, I find it very helpful to track mine. As for being a slow loser.... welcome to the club. I think we all feel like a slow loser at times, some more than others. I stall and I lose, it seems to be almost cyclical. Don't give up, you're worth the effort! Best wishes
  2. Congratulations!!! Woot woot :-D
  3. Mine did my weight and went over goals. We discussed the surgery and what exactly it would entail, as well as what post surgery life would be like. I also did a preop consult with a group and went over drain care, pain management, food do's and donts, medication do's and donts. I asked a ton of questions!! I was given sample menus and a timeline of when I could begin introducing different stages of foods.

  6. I ate it without issue, some complain that its too acidic and can cause discomfort. If you're cleared for full liquid and really craving it (I sure was) maybe take a few sips and see how it sits with you :-) best wishes

  10. I am finally putting the scale up. The obsessive weighing does nothing but screw with me. 7 times a day, what is wrong with me?!?! Once a week is enough!!
