  1. Listen to your band- that is what I am learning.

  2. Looking forward to my appointment Thursday- getting HARD to fight the hunger. Band is way to loose.

  3. Today is a new day, clean with no mistakes!

  4. Greek Yougurt with fresh blue berries on top for breakfast. Protein and fruit- good way to start the day.

  5. Why am I not allowed to use PM? I haven't done anything wrong. When I go to it, it says I don't have permission for that and it's not allowed. What is going on??? I was able to use it once opon a time. HELP PLEASE

  6. Went for a Walk/Run last night- I am surprised I am not more sore this morning. Last night I felt like I'd been hit by a truck, but today I feel good.

  8. Great so I need to go in to have my band checked and my doctor is out of the country for two weeks. Wonderful!

  9. OMG- my weight yesterday morning 188.7, weight this am 190.4- WTH? Gotta be water weight.

  10. Hearty Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl- 1 pack of instant Oatmeal, half a small apple diced, teaspoon of granola, sprinkle of unjury unflavored protein powder. This is an awesome breakfast. I can hardly eat it all, sometimes I don't, but boy is it good and it's healthy!!

  11. Just got a call from the Doc- I am severely Vit. D defficiant. A year ok it was fine, now it is severely low. Mine was 18, they say anything below 20 is in the danger zone. So gotta up the supplements even more. Turn out this could be why I am having trouble losing more weight.

  12. My weight was back down to 189.4 this morning, so not exactly sure what is going on. I have gotten back on Vit. D since it was low. But at least I am back on my game.

  15. Getting back in the game now- in a better state of mind. I need a good swift kick to make me start the couch to 5k today!!!

  16. Tinkering with starting the couch to 5k program. I need to get control back. Just wish I could find a partner.

  17. This form amazes me some times. Never thought I would see internet clicks- but they exist. If you aren't one of them they offer no support or help at all. Starting to wonder why I even bother to come here sometimes.

  20. Spent half the night and part of the day at the vet with my doggy. She started vomiting blood at 3 am. Thank the Lord she is doing a some better now.

  21. Saw 188 this morning, praying that number keeps coming down and doesn't bounce back up.

  22. Sauted greenbeans my new fav!! A little EVOO, salt, pepper, and a sprinke of parm cheese - total yumminess!!!

  23. Last night I made meatless spagetti sauce and used spagetti squash for the pasta- Yummy and hubs was never the wise :)

  24. Really fighting head hunger today. Hadn't had this problem in a while, such a pain.

  25. Instead of fries with my chicken tenders - I had string bean "fries" - string beans coated in olive oil/salt/pepper/pam cheese and baked- yum oh
