  2. Oh, the stress. All I want to do right now is sleep and excape thinking, but alas Monday is fast coming.

  3. Elliptical Done - 30 min 1.5 miles. Not bad since I haven't done it since Oct.

  4. I am going to SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My job will be the death of me!!!!

  5. Major headache this morning, but have to be at work. OH, it's gonna be a looonnnngggg day.

  6. I love veggies and dip. Made homemade ranch dip with greek yogurt and ranch powdered mix. Yummy dip for my snow peas!!

  7. My stress level at work is really getting to me!!! I am trying to stay calm, but it's really hard.

  8. Just made my own iced coffee at home- 1/3 of the calories of the iced mocha at McDonalds with all the flavor!!!! Gotta love a K-Cup.

  9. Mom and I went shopping today and to lunch. The small Virginia town we were in doesn't have anything, but fast food. Went to Hardees (Carl Jr) we got one 5 piece chicken tender to share and still had left overs!!

  10. 2 more hours before my staycation begins!! While I won't be going anywhere, I am still thankful to get a way from the office for a week!!!

  11. Weight hasn't changed, but the size 14's are now getting to big- 12's fit great. Weried

  13. Fix ribs tonight for a get together with friends. I at one rib and two bites of potato and one slice of grilled squash and I was done. Wow that is a big change for a year ago.

  14. Tomorrow is my one year bandiversary! 57 pounds gone, just feel a little let down that it's not more, but that is my fault.

  15. Why is my band so tight today- there is no reason for it. Yogurt and water is the only things that go good.

  16. George D. Band is really tight today- not sure why, but he needs to loosen up a little.

  17. For lunch- squash casserole (cheese and greek yougurt added along with onion and garlic), with couscous (added onions, garlic, peppers)- how is that for healthy.

  18. 4 mile bike ride last night done a little to close to dinner - ended up puking after 2 miles then had to ride back home.

  19. Thinking of getting a tat on my ankle. I feel wilder now then I did when I was bigger.

  20. Went for a 4 mile bike ride- awesome, but there was a bear- a big bear- a big black bear. So needless to say I am slightly freaked out about going back out on my bike in the woods on the nature trail.

  21. Feels good to have the Lapband "fire" back. I am getting back to the basics.

  22. Weigh was 187.2 at the Docs!!! Less that what my scale said this AM. I'll take it!!

  23. Lost that 3 lbs that I went up to this weekend. Man does my weight fluctuate. I am starving all the time these days. I hope they don't change my appointment this time- headed there it a little while to get a fill and for my 1 year post.

  24. Apparently, the allergic reaction from last night is still causing band swelling. Yogurt went down fine this morning, but my firm cantelope for snack is having problems. Guess it's mushy for the day.

  25. Just getting over an allergic reaction to nuts. Never had this before- scary. My mouth and throat broke out in little bumps and swelled. It must have swelled around my band to- I can't eat- just drink.
