TGIF!!!! I am soooo sleepy. I can't wait to sleep in tomorrow morning snggled up with the hubs and the fur babies.

Amazing how we look at food changes. I use to look at a cup of chili and go that's not enough, now after two bites it seems that that 1 cup has grown to to and I think this is to much!

Put on a jacket this morning that I haven't worn in 3 years!! I was tight all over before and now it is pefect!! YEAH

Just changed my ticker to 208 - 36 lbs lost in less than 4 months. Not to bad!

209 today!! My 2nd goal met, now I pray I meet my goal of below 200 by Thanksgiving when my husbands family comes to town

Rough week, my Grandmother in on hospice and is dying, then last night my brother has a heart attack and is in Duke.

On a roll!! 216.8 today that is 3 lbs since Thursday! YEAH
