    2 Days Post Sleeve

    Gas x strips, a heating pad, and walking were my best friends. It goes away after about 6 weeks. Sounds like forever but is not.

    Little late !! Pre-op diet start date August 1st Surgery date August 14th Original weight. 238 Saturday's weight 178. My new goal is 100 pounds. Total loss 60 pounds. Whoo hoo!!! 40 to go. Congrats too everyone!!! Can not wait till next Saturday. Will try hard to stay off the devil scale till then. Lol????
  13. I am about to go crazy!!! I am still stalling!!! It has been weeks now!!!!!
  14. I am going to try that today!!! I have been eating lean meats, soft cheeses, and beans. But I am going to "protei shake it" today. As much as the thought of it makes me gag, it is worth the weight loss. My husband is going out of town next week. Going to stick the scale in his vehicle before he leaves. I can not b trusted with that thing!!! I step on it about 15 times a day.

    Congrats!!! It is hard at first. Just remember it is all Worth It!!! Best move I ever made!!!!
  16. 9:am-1/2 can of canned ham (about three oz) Noon-2oz refried Beans w/ 1 oz cheese 3pm-other half of canned han ( about three oz ) 5:00pm-2 oz refined beans 8:00 pm- 1oz soft cheese. ??????? Very scared I am stretching my stomach. Protein shakes make me gag!!!!!
  17. I lost a big chunk of weight in my two weeks pre op and my first 4 weeks after surgery. I started eating solid foods and the scale did not move for two weeks and I am actually gaining weight back. 3 pounds so far. Am not eating too many calories. Is my honey moon stage over???

    Protein-24 grams Carbs-9 grams Sodium-850 grams Not including the cheese. I need the devil protein shakes!!!:(. Not too many carbs but not enough protein and way too much sodium!!!

    Weight Goal Challenge For New Year's Day

    I am 183 now would love to b....145 by Jan 1st. Also want my cardio to consist of running with out feeling like I may fall over and die at any moment. Lol:). Good luck to all. I love these challenges!!!!

    Weight Gain And Stall.

    What was your surgery date? Today I am only eating beans meat and cheese.?.?. I am trying to maybe help jump start it.?.?... I am doing the same thing. Sooo frustrating. I need to start drinking protein shakes but I hate those things now. Sooo Burnt out!!!!

    Sudden Severe Incision Pain...ouch

    You need to slow down!! And stop holding kids!! Lay down and use your heating pad. my dr told me no cleaning or lifting for four weeks. We moved during my surgery recovery. Do a little at a time. It will be a whole lot longer recovery time if you mess it up. It was 6 weeks before I started feeling pain free and like I could do what needed to b done. I understand the feeling!! My house was tidy but, fithly. It will not b worth it if you hurt yourself
