I did the 2 week liquid diet and felt so good then and never looked back Lost a pound a day for 4 months and was good with the diet provided by doc. -
I am over a year out and have woke up at night and think I hear people talking and then I figure out it is my stomach.

Mine started to slow down every time I got stupid. -
Don't worry there is plenty of time to return to addictions but the sooner you get to treating everything that goes it\nto your mouth as what you need not what you want the faster you will settle into the new life with the sleeve.
