I too am a grazer.. Originally wanted the sleeve but opted for rny after consult with the worlds best surgeon .. Down around 196 lbs depending on which day of the week it is lol!!' Very happy with my decision... As with anything it is a tool and you have to be willing to work the tool

Well said music... I just want to add good luck to you and keep us posted .. I have said it often we have this tool and it's too bad the mind takes so long to come around! But food has become like a friend or relative . It has always been there to pick us back up.. When that's gone our coping mechanism is gone . It's tough

Oh you can do it. I've seen your posts on the boards and you are one determined lady. It is mind boggling... Even now!!! But get ready it seems like it takes forever to lose the weight but when I look back it happened so fast the mind just doesn't have time to catch up

Before my dad was diagnosed with cancer he brought up to Me weight loss surgery and I was so hurt by that.. Now that he has passed I wish every day that he could see me now!!! He was right it was what I needed!! I only speak up when I am asked. But most overweight people don't want to hear! Remember??? It's a shame because I want to shout from the roof tops !!!
