You look fantastic! I haven't been sleeved yet but I hope I can make it to where you are. You are an inspiration to continue this journey and think positive. What was your food intake like and what type of exercises did you do?

I'm sorry for your loss. I understand the feeling of being nervous. I started this journey in march had all of my appts and have my surgery date Sept 25. Yes I know a wait but my dr is really busy. I think before any surgery you will be nervous I know I have had 5 abdominal,2 hand, elbow and finger surgeries. Good luck.

I like the premier shakes but I like the choc best. 18 fo 24.99.

The premier shakes are really good. I have tried both choc and vanilla. The choc taste better to me.
