I have Protein shakes Water costco brand Vitamin Water sf Popsicles broth propel water. Someone mentioned an extension cord foot connect your phone charger to. chewable Vitamins. I heard you will have dry mouth after surgery go biotene mouth spray in store by the mouthwash.

Gatorade' date=' gum, crystal lite, sugar free Jello, and tons of water... wat is bioten??? A Water, pill wat??? I haven't packed my bag bc ive been disinfecting my apt n running behind my 1 year old... my mom is coming in tonight!!! Has ne1 found liquid tylenol 4 adult, and a pill crusher??? If sooo where??? Diet is: 3 days after surgery clear liquids... day 4-5 weeks after surgery Jello, liuids, Soups, popsicle, cream of wheat, 60-80g protein.. after 5 weeks 3 kid portion meals with protein...[/quote']

Hello, biotene mouth spray(sp) its for dry mouth and some other things with the mouth. It's in the area where the mouthwash is. I think you can find a pill crusher at cvs walgreens Walmart. I will look for the liquid tylonel Monday.

Are you ready for your surgery? Have you gotten everything you need?

Pack a extension cord for your phone charger also if you have long hair braid it use a rubberband with no metal or you wake up with your hair in a mat in the back of your head.

Hello Klperry, I know what you mean about the date being close. Just a while ago it was July for me that's when I received my surgery date. I think everything became real last week when I went in for pre op testing.

I haven't packed yet. I have been trying to get my kids things together and so forth. Probably Monday when kids are off to school I will pack my bag and make sure I have everything. Are you packed?

Week 1- clear liquids:Protein shake' date=' sf Jello & popsicles, broth, diet b-8 splash

Week 2 & 3 - full liquids: cream soups(no lumps or bumps), drinkable yogurt, plus stuff from week 1

Week 4- add in mashed potates, cream of wheat, grits, oatmeal

What are your phases of what to eat after surgery?

My doctor's schedule starts me on pureed food after 2 weeks. The eggs I might have to soft scramble and then put in a blender. The Beans and the avocado can be pureed with a fork. Any reason I shouldn't eat at least one of those after 15 days?

I love avocados can't wait to try them after surgery. I have to look at my booklet about the phases. Ok,here goes, Phase 1, weeks 1&2, liquids. Phase 2, weeks 2-5, softs. Phase3, weeks 4-6, solids. I'm glad I looked at that.

I got mine at albertsons but I believe Walmart cvs Walgreens have them. One thing I did forget was the biotene for dry mouth. I have read a lot of sleevers say this came in handy. Don't forget that one.

I am not nervous just ready. Not much gets me excited. Maybe in a few hours I will be. My day today begins with golitely.. 530am hospital check in with surgery scheduled for 730am. All my sleeve day buddies I am praying for in this new life journey.

Welcome, We can all check in with one another after surgery and tell our experiences. I love the sf popcicles in tropical cant get enough of those. Inuit trying to get ready for monday liquids only. I will get the Isopure to help me.

Live outside of Paris' date=' TX but having surgery at Forest Park Medical Center in Dallas. Also the nutrionist said to have whoever was with me to keep my bed in an upright position cause it will help with the gas. Not at a 90 degree angle but in a reclining sitting position.[/quote']

I'm having my surgery at St. Paul- Utsw in Dallas. I know I will not be able to sleep in my bed because of the height. I now have to step up to get in there. I will either sleep on the sofa or one of my kids bed which is lower.

What flavors do you like? I tried the banana pineapple one it wasn't bad. As a matter of fact tomorrow I have to do liquids only the day before surgery. I will go get some more of them.

How tall are you? Looking good! I want to be able to take Zumba classes after surgery.
