I've been putting on weight since the birth of my first child 20 years ago. Things really got out of hand when I seperated from the military in 2006. Currently, I'm miserable...My joints-Achy wrists,back,hips,knees and ankles. sleep Apnea-I got it, Cpap-I wear it. I can't wait to get back to my normal...BMI,Weight, Activity,Sleep. I will be getting sleeved 8/31. I am starting my pre op diet tomorrow. Im so excited!

All I know is that I sampled the unjury chicken Soup and about puked at the smell of it.

I'm discouraged to hear about the unflavored Unjury because I planned to get that to add to stuff.

As far as Vitamins go- I ordered mine from Celebratevitamins. I also liked their chocolate milk Protein shake. I usually hate that stuff but thought this was tolerable - in milk- not Water.

If anyone has any ideas for unflavored powder anywhere else that would be good <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

I just tried the unjury chicken soup flavor and I thought it was rather tasty. I warmed up the Water and its really not bad.

I was just sleeved on July 31st. I am also using the unjury products. Loving the Vitamin and the chocolate protiens' date=' but the unflavored smells like old chicken to me. I feel like I had a cesarean birth. Its not that bad. Day 3 was rough, but I feel pretty good. At least I'm not caring for a newborn at the same time as I am healing. I ordered the Vitamins too. They should be here Monday. Ive heard that day 3 is usually the worst. I had a cesarean with my last child but that was 12 years ago and I dont really remember the pain. I guess thats a good thing lol. Good luck on your journey!

August 31st it is! I so excited and cant wait to start this journey! I start my three week diet tomorrow. Anybody have any advice?
