  1. I understand the relationship aspect of gathering, but its 2012 and people are without jobs and food...I got big by not embracing portion control...the sleeve is a tool to helps us with portion control...I like the idea of leftovers so food is not wasted, (as long as its eaten in its correct portion size), and you have the ability to not abuse food...there's nothing wrong with leftovers...especially when someone worked hard to provide it for you.
  2. I have the same problem...I've been doing the napkin over the plate, and would love to replace that with something cute and portable.
  3. You ware that age and size well...keep up the good work!!!
  4. I am 2 weeks out, and yes!!! I will dehydrate quick. I'll feel dizy and drained if I'm in the sun too long, and I'm African American...meaning my skin is dark and the heat and Sun affects me...not to mention in MA where its hot but not that hot...any way I get in at least 60 oz of water, but if I leave the house to get in my daily walk, and go more then a half hour, I'm drained and will sleep for at least 3-4 hours. I don't know what to do with this either, but I think it has something to do with hydrating.
  5. I hate that when I cook...there are always leftovers...that I'll have to eat for the next couple of days due to a small portion problem, but still happy.
  6. Anyone out there have really bad heartburn with a mild case of hiccups?? There is gas and burping, but not the usual burping, the kind you do to get gas out???? Anyone...
  7. Thank you too all of you, because you saved my calcium life!!! I was never going to take another crushed pill again, and I appreciate all the options offered.
  8. When did you stop taking the Calcium Citrate ...this stuff is nasty.
  9. Well at least I know where all the global warming is comming from...all the gas we Gs members are putting out. I don't know about arm gas, but the other area just south of the arm....yea, I'm finding new ways to discreetly pass gas. Oh and has anyone found they have to wait 30 min after any type of consumption to even lean back??? What's a good position to sleep in besides your back?
  10. Had my sleeve done on 8/15..yea, but boy do the angry stomach get to me, even drinking a protein shake, I sip too much and its like the water bubbler effect...I think I burped like 5 Times in a row, any one else? Oh and yea I still weigh the same, waiting for that first drop of weight to fall off.
  11. Sorry, my name is Sabrina... I am having surgery on the 15, and any info you can give is helpful. Was there something not on the list that you found to make life easier? Special Protein drink, Vitamins, or Soups...anything
  12. What were the items that you needed to have after surgery, I know the ones that are recommended, but was there anything else that made life easy for you?
