Hello Everyone, As I continue to conduct my research on the sleeve, as i am pre op { on the waiting list, Tricare Military Insurance} the biggest question I have is What has changed the most in either your day to day life or even your Social life since being sleeved? 7. I had the Copper IUD {Paragaurd} in for 4 years and after about 2 it gave me horrible cramps and heavy bleeding....my sex drive went down the drain so I got it removed. I have been BC free for the past several months however I know I need to get on SOMETHING STRONG especially since my Hubby will be returning soon not to add my surgery should be around December time frame~~~ I wanted the least invasive form which would be the pill...But I need something that will WORK~ Decisions.....decisions.......ughhhhhh...... T~
  8. I believe Oprah has come to terms with her size and is comfortable in her lifestyle. She really enjoys food and also works out daily. Most of these I dropped a ton of weight Fast celebrities most likely had wls especially the ones with absolutely NO muscle tone whatesoever! How do you drop 60-80lbs like that and no flab or anything~ T~
  9. Aweee congratulations on your expected bundle of Joy~ I'm hoping to wait at least a year before getting preggos but struggling to decide what form of contraceptive to use~ T~

  11. LMBO...Did you say Butter and Popcorn...too funny! Thanks again for the tips~ T~
  12. I had the paragaurd IUD {copper non hormonal} worked great for the first 2 years then after that horrible cramps and heavy cycles. I was even precribed to take motrin 600 3-4x a day three days prior to my cycle and during~ It was horrible~ My sex drive did decrease in a major way when I had it~ I had it removed and it looked like my body deflated!~ Still no real weight loss though~// .My sex drive did increase immediately when I had it removed! B) ..Anywho I'm BC free at the moment but need something strong for when Hubby comes home and after my surgery~ I am leaning towards the good ol PILL especially since Hubby & I are looking to have our first Bambino once I'm cleared following the surgery but not sure yet~ T~

  14. WOWZER! I wish it was that easy! At the seminar there were a lot of vets and spouses of vets there plus folks from the neighboring Naval base plus they only perform 30 surgeries per month~ I wish I could fly out to Bliss and get it done if it were only that easy~///////.....Unfortunatly I must WAIT! T~ Congrats on your surgery btw~ How is it going two weeks post op~
  15. It's a struggle with the weight however~ I'm very active with Kickboxing and Roller Skating it just doesn't show with my roundness~ I am 5'3 250ish. ......I am looking forward to my body being a reflection of my active lifestyle~ T~

  23. Inititally I was planning on keeping it to myself~ Since then and mind you i'm still pre op I have shared information about the surgery to three women who are now considering it including my grandomther! If I would not have shared my interest in the surgery they would not be looking into it and would be struggling and stressing over weight~ I am a very social and active person~ I roller skate and travel all over skating so I know folks are gonna be like WOW you look good how did you lose the weight~ I have no clue how many lives I can change! At this point I am leaning towards Spreading the word! Especially since I could give a darn less about what any Hater has to say about it~ T~
