My DH bought a 30 Tube pack from costco I believe called ZipFizz. Zero sugar' date=' high electrolytes. B12 energy drink you put into you Water and supposedly lasts between 4-6 hrs. I feel like other's here re: the jitters and was afraid to try it. I've used them from time to time, actually this past Saturday, and although I don't find they make you jittery, can't say it gives me the energy they say it does. If so, it's gradual at best.
