So I know this is probably on the forum and for the life of me I can't find any posts to fit what I'm asking, so I'm putting this out there. I may be just spoiled from consistently losing every week (except for a short lived plateau around Christmas time) and I'm really happy with my progress, but today I stepped on for my weekly weigh in and had gained a little over a pound. I track on MFP every little morsel and have been walking 5-6 days a weeks around 2/4 miles a day and my calories ranged from 700-1200 over this week and my Protein and carbs were on target (this is all I'm supposed to watch per my NUT), so not sure what is going on. I should probably just not worry about it and see what happens next week. But any thoughts? LBT is very supportive and I may just need this, as I know this is not much of a weight gain, but as I'm sure some of you can understand, weight gain (no matter how much/little it is) is hard to accept when you are doing everything right and want to get away from obesity.

On the main page of the form, there are support groups that narrow it down to state, you might have better luck there? You click on USA Support groups and then find states. Good luck!

I had a really bad episode one night with a ribeye, I tried everything and it lasted forever. When I got home, I drank some pineapple juice, not alot of it, just about a 1/4 cup or so and it finally passed through. Not saying this will work and like someone said above, sometimes this can backfire on you and you end up heaving it all up, but I didn't try to drink until probably about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes after no movement.

Thanks, I'll have to look for that.

Sorry, not a big swordfish eater, but what kind of lump crab meat do you eat? I tried some and it was full of shells and horrible.

That's the schedule my doc has me on.

PlantFusion and Olympian Labs Pea Protein. I have 1/2 container of a 1 lb chocolate PlantFusion and about 3/4 1 lb container of a vanilla Pea Protein that I could sell her for $10.00 buy it now and shipping cost on eBay (thinking of safe way to sell so everyone is covered, but up for suggestions, and I can take pics too) if she is interested. This is what I started with when I kept having problems with whey protein powders and had no side effects, but you have to get used to the taste of these, but I ended up using Isopure. You can look them up on Vitamin Shoppe for the details.

Same sizes here as Chez. The longest one to fade is the port incision, but it's going away. I'm 8 months out to give you a time frame.

Yes, cold all of the time, especially my hands and feet.

I go by this chart: http://www.buzzle.com/articles/target-heart-rate-for-weight-loss.html and calculate my net calories burned here: http://www.shapesense.com/fitness-exercise/calculators/heart-rate-based-calorie-burn-calculator.aspx

Hi ali, there are probably several different ways, but I go to community at the top right, hit find members, and put in the ID's listed here to find the person. Then click "add as friend" to send the message. I would also suggest to mention something that you found the person on LBT in the message so they know where you are coming from .

Thanks for asking/answering this, I was always curious about this as well and that makes sense that the hunger would come back strongly.

Same here, warmer weather and more sunlight motivates me more. I need to strength train and started yesterday and I'm paying for it today

Same here since my lower belly loves to stick around and I'm concerned with the after math of a pani (I think that's what it is called), I doubt my skin will shrink up that well.

It does suck and every since I got lap band, my lower back hurts every time, it never did before. At first I thought it was my chair at work (desk job) and realized the pain went away after I was done. Although, the cramping and pain has gone down drastically and I no longer take midol, so I guess I lessened one pain and gained another . You'll get through it and the only thing I could safely suggest is liquid tylenol and if you do sugar free, there are some really good Sugar Free Chocolates out there and there's always chocolate Protein Shakes.< /p>

I agree Kisigin, I don't think negativity would motivate me, but free stuff will . I just don't know if this site is real or a scam of some sort, just wish someone knew about it.

You are correct Kisigin, I make homemade Sugar Free Chocolate and had researched and found that erythritol has the least impact and I can eat the chocolate with no problems and fortunately these Chocolite bars were okay for me too .

Missy is right on target, misery loves company and people usually don't shout from the roof tops (although I might when I hit my goal ) about success, only the bad things. And remember each person is different and you may never have a problem so don't overwhelm yourself with all the horror stories and listen to what your body tells you and go to your doctor if you think something is wrong. In the beginning, I was a bit of a hypochondriac as every little thing I experienced I was contacting my NUT or doctor and now that I've learned more, I'm much more at ease.
