My NUT said gummies usually dont have b1 in them. I use flintstones complete chewable. 2 a day and Im good.

I use citracal gummies.

I was sleeved July 12. Down 45lbs since surgery. Down 67 from my highest in February.

I started with full liquid being 1/2 cup. My soft diet was three-quarter cup from 3 weeks to 7 weeks. Then a cup a 7 weeks. Thursday will be 12 weeks and Im still at about 3/4 cup.

I got a trigger point injection around my incision about 2 weeks after surgery cuz i couldn't take the pain. Pain meds didn't touch the pain.

Does anybody have any tips for cooking chicken breast so that it stays moist. I tried putting it in the slow cooker with chicken broth and it was still dry as heck.

Question. Did you have to do any supervised diet before papers could be went in to insurance? Im asking because a friend of mine might be interested in having the surgery and she doesn't have internet so she can't research anything for herself.she has aetna for insurance so Im trying to get her any information i can. Thanks.

I use a little bit to make my oatmeal but can't drink it plain. I think it tastes too sweet to me.

Im wondering what exercises I can do that target hips and thighs. I had a csection so Im really wanting to focus on that area. I do zumba 5 days a week and water aerobics 2 times a week.

I had pain at one incision for almost 2 weeks. Only thing that helped was a trigger point injection.

Any sugar free popsicle will help your fluid intake. I was lightheaded and with more fluid intake it went away. Came back so i went go doc and thyroid was off. Try to get as much fluid in as you can.

Always better to find another doc. A month after i was sleeved i woke up with pain on my right side. I thought it was appendix. I went to the er 2 blocks from my house. They drew blood. Everything normal. Started an iv for no reason. Gave me nothing for pain while i was there. They sent me home with a script for tylenol 3 and to call my surgeon on Monday(it was a Saturday that i went to the er). I was still in alot of pain so i went to the er in the next two over about 25 mins away. I told them the previous er gave me no reason for my pain. The new er did every thing to find out what was wrong, ct scan ultrasound urine test blood test. I was admitted to the hospital and had my gallbladder out the next morning. My gallbladder had been blocked for so long my bile was clear instead of green like normal. So getting another doc to look at things is a good idea.

This morning I stepped on the scale. 199.8. I havent seen a number in the hundreds for 10 yrs. Tomorrow will be 10 weeks since I waswas sleeved. I was 241 before surgery. Im so excited!

Im goin through the same thing. Had labs drawn. Only thing off was my thyroid. I dont know if that has anything to do with dizziness. So i guess we will see what happens.

Its usually the only option. And the surgery is a breeze. I was home the same day as surgery.

I had stones before I was sleeved. They showed up on CT scan last summer but I was being scanned for a different reason and had no issues then. Was sleeved July 12, had emergency surgery to take gallbladder out aug 12. I never had any pain in my abdomen until the aug 11 when I woke up. I coulndt stand straight. Pretty much hits ya like a bag of rocks.
