Weight Gain And Stall.
OK let me see if I can get it all in her... Fat is being extracted from the cells, in which it is stored in the fatty tissue. When theses cells are emptied they serve no purpose, the body breaksdown the cellular structure and absorbs it. But breaking up of useless cells, connective tissue, blood vessels ect. May lag behind the process of fat extraction. When this happens the body appears to replace the extracted fat with Water which is retained for this purpose. As water is heavier the scales may not show no loss of weight. When the tissue is finally broken down the water is released and there is a sudden flood of urine and a marked loss. The appleday will assist with the elimination of the Fluid

Weight Gain And Stall.
Ok I found out more on the apple day your body is breaking down fat cells and your body is replacing the fat cells wit fluids the apples and Water supposed helps your body to flush the fat cells after the ketosis. Your body will then start to break down more fat cells

Weight Gain And Stall.
You know I used to do the HCG diet and everytime there would be a stall they recommended an apple day. Don't exactly know why but it was like eight apples in one day and nothing else but water... Might try applesause all day???

Well yes Aetna will catch up as they have no problem telling the doctors you haven't had a momogram or your annual exam or visit to the eye doctor or the blood test they feel you should have.
