I am working on my Protein intake and I now drink crystal light that helps the sugar. I also have asked a friend to be my accountability partner. Everyday she knows what I eat which helps

I use it to track my food

My surgeon said to eat 800-1000 calories and WW doesn't track by calories but points

I have only lost 5 pounds in 2 months following WW

I too am suffering from sugar addiction- everyday I say no more

But i still fail- HELP!!

I only have 20 pounds to go and it has been slow

Hello, I was wondering if any of the women have experienced slow weight loss just before your cycle? I had my surgery March 31st and have dropped 20 pounds- this week was only 2 pounds(which is still great) just wondering?
