  3. I'm self pay in Canada...first appointment was July and my surgery is scheduled for October, would have been one month sooner but surgeon is on holidays prior!

  8. I have my initial appointment today for a self pay lap band procedure in British Columbia, Canada. Over the past couple weeks I've spent a lot of time on this site. I've found it tremendously helpful and inspiring... I hope to be one of those feel good stories soon!
