  1. Thanks LaLa. That's what I'm afraid of. I will follow up with my bariatric clinic.
  2. Thank you Travelergirl. That helps. I like the idea of having help come in once or twice a day, especially for the kitty cat.

    My Chest Shrunk

OMG. Just before this topic I was wondering to myself "if I have the surgery, will my girls disappear?" I had breast reduction surgery 4 years ago, and now the girls are a good size. I'd hate to lose them. In the past when I've lost weight my breasts didn't get smaller. With the more rapid weight loss of the gastric sleeve, I'm wondering if I will experience a loss in my girls as well. Any ideas?
  5. Hi UTGall99. I also joined this site recently in my efforts to learn all I can before making the decision to have (or not have) weight loss surgery. Some things about the surgery do freak me out, but some things that I'm predicting for future if I don't have the surgery are just as worrisome. So, my goal is to gather all the facts, speak to my various doctors for their opinions, learn as much as I can from those who have had the surgery, go to my hospital's information session about the surgery, and then make the best, most informed decision I can make. Strictly my opinion, but I don't think you should do the surgery until you're absolutely sure and not afraid.
  6. Hi all. I'm very new to this site, and new to the idea of the gastric sleeve. in reading about the reduced size of the stomach, and the really small amounts most people can eat at one time, I wonder how easy it is to maintain a healthy diet. Does anyone ever have trouble with the nutrition side of things? Are supplements required post-surgery? Thanks in advance.
