I don't know..I would call them at the web site and ask if local health food stores have it..if not they do offer 20% discount for first time buyers, buy lots of it you won't be sorry. I ordered enough that the shipping was free, maybe you can share an order with someone? I truly have never had anything like it other than real sugar.

I'm going to let you in on a secret of mine and its called... Whey Low granulated sugar... it has only 1net carb per tsp. you can google Whey Low and the manufacturer will come up. its kind of expensive but well worth it . I'm diabetic and its the only natural sugar I have used that tastes, looks, feels, and bakes just like real sugar!!! (and it doesn't effect my blood sugars at all.) I make a wonderful recipe called... black bean brownies...(just google that also) I use the whey low sugar and shazaam! you have chocolate brownies that I defy you to make out of a box and its high fiber, low fat and sugar free! and so delish...I even add 1/4 C. ground flax seed to the mix and you really have high fiber. :wub: ( no pooping problems here ) Add sugar free chocolate chips and walnuts to the top before baking and you have a treat from the gods. During your pre op diet you are throwing off a ton of water, consequently with that you also waste potassium... Potassium is what regulates your heart rate and keeps you in sinus rhythm. IT MUST BE REPLACED!!! please LISTEN to your NUT and eat something with potassium or go and get potassium supplements. It's up to you but if your levels aren't normal they may postpone your surgery...

Well now aren't we the mirror image...hahaha.... but just once I would like to be the younger one, I also am having my birthday next month( Oct 15th turning 60 geez ) so this will be my birthday gift to myself. Congrat's on your hitting goal!!!! how exciting, I to want to get 5lbs below my goal range to have a little wiggle room...wish me luck! I'm sorry for your troubles, but why wouldn't you go to Mexico? many of the Doctors in the states have literally been instructed on how to do the procedure by Mexican Dr's. I will be going to Mexico for my surgery Oct 22nd with Dr. Ponce and he has done thousands of these vsg surgery's, he is also an instructor and trains many Doctors from Mexico and the USA. Hi QC, we have spoken before! it was back in June of this year when you welcomed me to this site, matter of fact you were the first to welcome me. I was so depressed because my band had eroded and the Dr. couldn't do the sleeve. Soooooo in less than a month I will go back and try it again!, I'm so excited that its finally my turn.Not only are our stats the same as far as ht & wt but I think we are the same age. I say I am 5'4" but I too am just barely under 5'4". When was your surgical date?

That's the plan, I want to have my gall bladder out at the same time as vsg, Mine however is viable so I don't know if my Dr. will do it, but this will be my 3rd abdominal surgery, and 6months from now I don't want to have to go back and have a 4th surgery in such a short time. It's just not that good of an idea to have that much anesthesia in such a short time.

PB2 is so good you won't be sorry, I buy mine on line...just google PB2 and their web site comes right up and its so much cheaper that way, I only buy the chocolate pb as it so good, I think much better than the plain. I don't think they charge tax and the shipping is good. I buy the one pd packages and just can't get enough of it. ENJOY!

WOW sounds like a plan to me, my husband and I are always looking for places to visit and I have never been to any of those towns. I would love to come and meet you and tour your town.
